Shipped from Hangzhou, China. Orders go by air. Delivery to most addresses in Europe and North America is typically 10–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scan is available.
Shipping
- Free air shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50 have a flat $10 air-shipping fee.
- We dispatch from Hangzhou, China. A confirmation email is sent after purchase; tracking follows when available.
- Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, holidays and carrier capacity can add time.
Import duties & taxes
Checkout collects the product price and shipping shown at payment. It does not currently collect destination import VAT, GST or duty.
Your customs authority may charge those fees on delivery or before release. They are not set by HZLISY. Check your local threshold if you want to avoid surprise fees.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of unused items in original packaging.
- Email info@hzlisy.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will give the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. In those cases we cover the return or send a replacement.
- Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the return, usually within 10 business days of receipt.
What cannot be returned
- Pillowcases that have been used, washed, or had hygiene seals removed.
- Items that are worn, stained, odorous, or missing original packaging.
- Sale or gift items marked as final sale on the product page.

Payment
Checkout accepts PayPal and debit or credit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express where PayPal supports them). Stripe is not connected yet. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card if PayPal’s guest checkout is offered at payment.
We never ask you to send card numbers by email.
