What does HZLISY sell?
The current collection includes 22 momme mulberry silk scrunchies, a 19 momme fuller scrunchie, 14 momme silk square scarves, and 22 momme 6A-grade mulberry silk pillowcases. We ship from Hangzhou to international addresses.
Is this real mulberry silk?
Yes. Pieces are made from 100% mulberry silk at the momme weight shown on each product page. Momme is the silk-weight standard: a 22 momme pillowcase is denser than a 19 momme scrunchie or a 14 momme scarf. We do not sell polyester “silk-feel” fabric as mulberry silk.
How should I care for silk?
Use cool water and a mild silk or pH-neutral detergent. Do not wring, bleach or tumble-dry. Lay flat or hang away from strong sun. See the Silk Care guide and the care notes on each product page.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Orders are dispatched from Hangzhou, China by air. Delivery to most addresses in North America and Europe is typically 10–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scan is available. Full details are on Shipping & Returns.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Checkout currently collects product price and shipping only. Your country may charge import VAT, GST or duty on delivery. Those charges are set by local customs, not by HZLISY. We recommend checking your local de minimis threshold before ordering.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at info@hzlisy.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. Pillowcases that have been used or unsealed may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I choose a pillowcase size?
Our centimetre sizes map to common US sizes as follows: 48 × 74 cm (Standard), 51 × 66 cm (Standard / small), 51 × 76 cm (Queen), 51 × 91 cm (King). Measure your pillow insert before ordering. Closure is zipper or envelope, depending on the option you select.
Can I create an account?
Yes. Use My Account to register, save addresses and view order history.
Do you offer wholesale or partnerships?

Do you have a laboratory test for the scrunchies?
